Shipping & Handling:
We offer free delivery for all of our products!
We try to ship your online order within 5-7 business days of receiving it. If we have a sale or promotion, our turnaround time during these periods can be up to 10 business days.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be uploaded. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Canada Post to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the Canada.
Packages undeliverable by Canada Post and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
